Restorative yoga for renewal. Rejuvenate and welcome the Spring, tuning into the anticipation of nature beginning to awaken around us. As you rest, tune in to what is awakening in you and what you wish to see flourish. Harmonise through restful poses with supports, breathing techniques and massage.

Cancelation Policy

All payments and deposits are non-refundable. ​We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation so that the class space may be offered to another person . If bookings are cancelled within 24 hours cancellation a 50% fee will be applied. There may be mitigating circumstances that will be to the discretion of Omkari Yoga. All Yoga based payments are final. In the case of physical events being cancelled (due to governmental policies), an online alternative will be provided.
