Encouraging you to make space for rest which is key to keeping well. We can think more clearly in this Digital age, unplug, unwind and bring a sense of calm and peace once we have properly and even radically rested. Take the time out and plug into your inner space. All equipment provided !

Cancellation Policy

All payments and deposits are non-refundable. ​We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation so that the class space may be offered to another person . If bookings are cancelled within 24 hours cancellation a 50% fee will be applied. There may be mitigating circumstances that will be to the discretion of Omkari Yoga. All Yoga based payments are final. In the case of physical events being cancelled (due to governmental policies), an online alternative will be provided.
