Yoga Retreat Loudwater Farm UK

Loudwater Farm lies in the beautiful valley of the River Chess, just 30 minutes from London. Thats where our seasonal yoga weekend will take place. Autumn is associated with physical, emotional and spiritual transformation. It holds and invitations to let go and release things, patterns, believes that are not serving you anymore.
The weekend will be in service to that movement through the grounding and warming flow sequences of Hatha Yoga as well as deeply restorative practice of Yin Yoga, breathwork and Meditation. You are welcome to join us Debbie & Halina.

Testimonials from previous retreats
'Debbie was a fantastic teacher, and seemed to have an innate gift to work with each of us
and correct postures accordingly.'
'Thank you Debbie for the most amazing week. We all came expectant and in my case
apprehensive of what would be involved. For me the accommodation and the food were fantastic but that is only second place to what you taught us over the course of the six days together.
You were able to bring out the best in each of us, working slowly, steadily and surely towards our goals and in the most beautiful way imaginable.'
